As part of the proposed project, an expanded sidewalk and new pocket parks combine outdoor seating and lush landscaping in a connected community meeting point with one-of-a-kind ambiance.

Bordering the Cascades Library and Loudoun County Senior Center with adjacent residences in the works, Cascades Marketplace is an essential community-serving connector.

Spanning 60,000 square feet, the Giant grocery store will continue to anchor Cascades Marketplace. This grocery powerhouse draws commuters, local residents, and visitors alike.

As part of the improved retail, Cascades Marketplace will be offering the community electric car charging station, reducing the community's footprint on fossil fuels.


Green Building

New to the market, Onelife Fitness offers elite cardio and strength training, a basketball court, an indoor pool, a cycle studio, mind/body programming, group fitness, and a kids club.

Recreation Space

By redeveloping Park Place's parking lots and installing pocket parks on Southbank, the project will deliver a more sustainable environment with increased permeable surfaces and enhanced open spaces.

As part of the proposed project, The Garden combines outdoor seating and lush landscaping in a connected community meeting point with one-of-a-kind ambiance.

Cascades Marketplace will support its growing visitor base with an expanded and enlivened main street, activated public spaces, verdant new landscaping, elevated signage, and façade modernizations. 

Pedestrian Streetscape

Up to 435 new residences will be offered in phase I of the development. The offering will include both market-rate and affordable units to appropriately serve the Cascades community.

Cascades Marketplace will support its growing visitor base with an expanded and enlivened main street, activated public spaces, verdant new landscaping, elevated signage, and façade modernizations.


The plan for Cascades Marketplace envisions the renovation and modernization of the existing retail along with the addition of approximately 30,000 SF of neighborhood retail.
